FAQ
Essentially, narrative photography is storytelling through still imagery. While a single photo can capture a memory or convey something significant on its own, with narrative photography, my intention is to really focus in on an individual’s personality, perspective, and journey through a series of images, with the goal of not only telling their unique story, but also of inspiring connection with others.
The simplest answer is: everyone! The more specific answer for me, personally, is that my goal is to work with humans in business, to support those endeavoring to live their life sharing their love, passions and hard work with the world – by using what I love, am passionate about, and work hard for – with them. My highest hope is that what we create together serves a purpose beyond quick content, ultimately making it easier for you to share your story in whatever way works best for you personally as well as in fostering real connections that help you to find your people.
I try to offer a variety of options with a wide range of price points. Each is dependent on the type of project. My photography services range from $45 to $2500 while videography services range from $500 to $5000 and Graphic Design services range from $75 to $550. My consulting services are $50/hr. First consultations are free and super important so we can figure out how I can help you, together. In order to access my full pricing guide, please send me an email or submit an inquiry here.
I offer both collections and the option to customize with a la carte options. My collections range from $275 to $2500, depending on the level of complexity for the shoot. We’ll start by reviewing collections and if none are a good fit for you, we can discuss creating a custom option for you – potentially still using the collections as a jumping off point.
Great question! I book out a minimum of 2 months from the date that the quote, contract, and invoice are accepted and the retainer is paid. This gives us time to complete the questionnaire and to plan the shoot.
(1) Submit an Inquiry (2) Schedule a Coffee Chat and/or Consult (3) Once I get confirmation that you’d like to move forward, I’ll send the quote, contract, and invoice. (4) Once I receive your retainer payment, we’ll get you booked for your shoot date!
Here’s a short list of all the information needed: basic contact info, your preferred session type, potential dates, time, and location; planned use of the photos and any specific requests or preferences you have. All of this information will typically be gathered between the initial inquiry form & consult prior to booking your shoot.
